       A small growing species seldom reaching 1m, the stalks are bluish-black with paper medium-green leaves beautifully marked with irregular areas of pale chartreuse, gray beneath with translucent colored blotches. The color is beautiful with a camouflage like pattern of dark and light greens and yellows. This variety is a good semi-aquatic plant for a pond border or terrarium.
