| This Alocasia was introduced in England in 1869 by Veitah and Company and named after a worker. It is a stocky plant with large pelated-cordate leaves, 14” long by 8” wide, deep metallic green with raised veins. Margins are revolute, wavy, grey and lower surface is dull purple. Corms are white-green. Petiole length is 6” and green. Basal lobes are connate 4' to 5’ in length. |
