Colocasia ‘Black Stem’ is a spectacular plant. Its giant purplish black stems can rise to 7’ in height. The leaves are giant, green, and heart shaped with a shiny black cast. In late summer, the plant produces wonderful yellow aroid type flowers to 12” long with a fragrance of papayas.
